At The Travel Company Edinburgh we are still working for our customers to help them through this difficult time. Our physical office is closed with our team working from home to ensure that we are there to assist our clients. Airline Modifications, cancellations, disruptions and refunds
A number of the airlines have policies in place for cancellations or modifications.
For the most up to date information, please check with the airline directly.
Please be aware that many airlines have cancelled our ability to do automated refunds, including refundable tickets. We can request refunds on your behalf via a manual process. Due to this process we are unable to inform clients of when they will be in receipt of the refund.
